KSED is a cooperative of thirty-three (32) public schools within Clinton, Marion and Washington counties that provide a wide-range
of services for member districts. Such services include:

Special education services and placement that constitute free appropriate public education shall be identified based on the child's unique needs and not on the child's disability.
